Kyoto, Japan｜炭火焼肉とく

The place was not our first choice for that evening dinner but we ended up pretty well surprised. The classic japanese style bbq is a must try when going in Japan. You receive raw food and you can cook it on a "hot rock powered pot" with an inox grill. We ordered some vegetables, chicken and wagyu meat. Of course the price for the wagyu meat (not speaking of kobe) was not the cheapest on the market but you pay for the quality which was fair. The exhaust system was working well so we didn't come out (too much) smoked. You get an authentic japanese experience if you know a little of local tongue too but the waiter was indeed able to understand our requests by speaking english.
