Aaaaaaaamazing experience 😋💗 My mother and I had an unforgettable experience tonight at Koryu - thanks to all the staffs ✨I had to write this review right away with this enthusiasm. Delicious food, zen ambiance, and best of all - amazing staffs. Every dish was so fresh in quality and beautifully presented! We were able to see the master chef cut and prepare the fish right in front of us. He was so professional and nice. All the chefs really made the whole night with their welcoming. They prepared each dish to perfection and thoroughly explained them all. Truly one of the best restaurants I went to. Totally worth the price and I would recommend to everyone I know.

If you like the art of Japanese high-class cuisine, this is your place: from the starter to the desert, all dishes are well rounded pieces of art that definitely show how this restaurant deserves its 2 Michelin stars. The crew including the chef prepares all dishes in front of your eyes and delivers an explanation of the dish including its ingredients. The drink menu has a variety of sake, beer, Champaign, wine as well as non-alcoholic beverages. Our menu contained about 15 dishes (they're small, so you don't feel you've overeaten afterwards) and the dinner took about 2 hours.

The most incredible experience! Everything was delicious and getting to watch the chef prepare everything so precisely was so cool. The bad reviews here are so ridiculous—a world class chef in Japan does not owe you an experience in English. We used a translator app and everyone was happy to talk with us if we tried just a little. The food was perfect, the atmosphere and service impeccable. We felt totally lucky and grateful to dine here. Also beware! There is another Koryu in Osaka and our cab took us there first. Make sure you double check the address.
