Osaka, Japan｜Ramen Toride

A ramen shop around five minutes from the Hikobashi station. The ambiance inside looks fancy and the BGM is pop rock, but the ramen is exceptional. I ordered their shrimp ramen and it was one of the best ramen I’ve had in a while. Upon serving they also presented English cards which were thoughtful of them. The taste of the fried onion was good enough, but if you add fried garlic too it will be more delicious. The dunk rice had mentaiko and parmesan cheese so it adds two layers of saltiness when you add the soup.

Great experience! I had a shellfish ramen and it was delicious. The broth was full of flavor, creamy, and authentic. This ramen place is an absolute gem. Must try!

The shrimp salt ramen was absolutely incredible!!! Best one I've had in Japan yet. Friendly staff and prompt service.
