Firstly, great service - the chefs were all smiles even though it was around 830pm (almost nearing the closing time) when I visited. Secondly, amazing bowl of noodles - that chicken broth and smoked egg were so tasty! Last but not least, the beef sushi (which comes with the set) was perfectly done! Also, FYI (like many other noodles shops) you would have to order via the machine outside the shop before joining the queue for a seat in the restaurant.

The whole experience was very pleasant. Similar to most ramen shops, there were only a few counter seats but the chefs and service were very welcoming and efficient. The food presentation was absolutely beautiful, the soup was rich but very smooth, doesn’t taste heavy and the noodles were also perfectly springy. Arriving before the opening hour is recommended. I ordered the tori soba with a side order of smoked egg.

THE BEST ramen I’ve ever had in my life. The chicken broth is to die for. The dipping noddle is not as tasty tho. You may skip that one in my opinion. But the chicken broth ramen is definitely No.1 among all the other ones I’ve tried in Japan. (MUCH BETTER THAN 银座篝 in my opinion） We visited on a Saturday night. The line moves very fast despite the tiny dining area. We were able to get seated within 20min (5 groups in front of us).
