This place is absolutely worth your money, the pure soy sauce based broth is among the best of any I've had. It hits you with initial flavor and then expands in your mouth with a trickle of various flavors that accompany its absence. Broth 5/5. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise. Noodles 4/5, nothing amazing but no slouch. Extra noodles (ask for kaetama) are plentiful and cheap as well. Condiments 3/5. Some green onions, menma, it's goes really well but I'd like even more. Fresh, compliments the broth, but doesn't help it reach the next level. Chashu (meat) 4/5. I like mine a little thicker with more fat, but the meat here is very tasty. It compliments the broth and bursts with flavor. To miss out on this because of the other reviews, especially those who have less than 5 reviews, is a missed experience. Its worth walk from Umeda, and even if there's a line, it's worth the wait. It's still one of the purest and delicious soy sauce ramen I've ever had in Japan, and worth the addition to your meal repitiore. Old review: is really a 4.5, but I'd rather give it the 5 stars. The Ramen soup here is top notch. Among one of the best Ramen soups I've had, it was light, fresh, and far better than other similar restaurants you can find in Umeda. The noodles were great but not amazing, and the meat (beef) was also slightly above par, but the broth makes up for everything. I've been to a lot of Ramen restaurants in Japan, and this is one I will actually revisit.

Delicious, the soy sauce ramen soup is rich but not deadly salty, the noodles and char siew are also great, and 800 yen is not expensive. The environment is very Japanese. The boss cooks the noodles right in front of him, and the clerks are also very kind.

To the store I've been curious about for a long time I finally made it! Whenever I feel like going It was outside business hours. lol It's before evening, so it's idling time! The store only has counters. It was a space where you could have a relaxing meal! Is the soy sauce ramen also a daily special bowl? There was also curry rice! It's very delicious and I'm sure I'll come back again! It was delicious. It was a feast!
