It was creamy and delicious. At first glance, I thought it would be too greasy to stomach, but it turned out to be a high-quality fat that even I, a 50-year-old man, could easily tolerate. The half-fried rice is about the size of a typical serving, so it feels like a good deal. I would like to visit again.

It is a so-called Yokohama family ramen shop. Visited around 11:30 on weekdays. The inside of the store wasn't that crowded, so I bought a meal ticket and was able to go straight to the seat. While we were eating, the number of customers increased steadily, and the parking lot was almost full at around 12:00. If you are not a local, you may need to be careful when visiting the store, as it is a place that can only be reached by car. Ordered the Ajitama Ramen. In addition to the firmness of the noodles, you can also specify the strength of the flavor and the amount of fat, so it's nice to be able to change the flavor to your liking. The noodles were medium-thick and had a firm texture. It's a ramen that makes you want white rice. If you don't like salty food, you may want to avoid the strong flavor and choose the normal or light flavor.
