Kumiyama, Kyoto, Japan｜Kirameki no Tori - Kyoto Kumiyama

October 2023 I went in because I was drawn to the sign for chicken paitan ramen and Taiwanese mazesoba. A system for purchasing meal tickets. Apparently there is an app, and if you've already registered, you'll be served fried chicken today. Since this is my first visit, I registered. Apparently, if you order ramen, you can use the electronic stamp placed at the entrance. That's all explained to you. For ramen, I ordered chicken paitan soy sauce, chicken paitan miso, and a pork bowl set. Chicken paitan miso is a sweet and rich miso ramen with a sticky texture. The miso itself is sweet, but a little salty (salty). Unlike the shabby miso ramen, I like this rich and creamy type of miso ramen, so I think it would be even more delicious if it was a little less salty. Ah, but if you eat the leftover soup with rice, this might taste better. I sampled a bite of soy sauce, and although it was light, it had the nice flavor of chicken broth and was quite delicious. This is a hit. My brother also praised it. Since I couldn't eat the world's best kotteri because my stomach felt heavy, I ate the food from the street food stalls, but I personally prefer the chicken paitan and soy sauce. (*´〜｀*)I liked it. The pork bowl was a pork bowl.

Visit before 18:00 on public holidays. No wait. About 1.2 pairs in the store. Order Taiwan Mazesoba DX large. It came in about 5-6 minutes. I've never eaten mixed soba, but it was delicious. It's hard to mix if you insist...lol If it's not deluxe, I'm very satisfied with the feeling that I can go special.

I love making ramen 😊 I got a set of "Kirameki salt" and "Kirameki pork bowl". I arrived just at 12:00 noon on a weekday... 5 or 6 people were waiting😩The ramen is hot and has a strong chicken flavor and a slightly thick soup. The noodles are smooth, medium-thick straight noodles. The broiled chicken is moist and delicious. Mizuna, paprika, and lemon are very colorful. It's hidden, but there's also delicious Hosaki Menma (I wish I could put it in a more conspicuous place...) 😊 Also... I included chopped onions, but I don't think it's on the previous photo that everyone uploaded... Evolution 🤔? As for the set... I wasn't sure which one to get, so I wanted to eat the char siu that was on top of the "soy sauce glitter"... I had a pork bowl 😅 Roasted char siu and green onions on mayonnaise. It's delicious, but the char siu is thin...just white rice and green onions were left 😭 But...if you put this in the remaining soup, it's just a nice rice porridge😊Also, if you add curry powder to it, you'll get a high-quality chicken curry You can enjoy it 😁 I was very satisfied with the ideal chicken white soup noodles 😋 thank you for the meal 🙏
