Ordered the maximum quality of noodle, everything came as medium, without onions and garlics. Level 8 spiciness is not so spicy. But could be spicy for certain people. The soup booth is good, well cooked and filled with pork taste. The char siew is with strong pork taste. Lots of fungi given and it’s nice to have it. The dining experience was with single seating environment and don’t get to see the face of the servicing staff too.
Went for lunch and there wasn't a long queue at all, we got seated almost right away. The ramen was phenomenal, the broth was very flavorful and you can customize the dish to your taste. I also loved the experience of sitting in a cubicle with no distractions so you can focus on the food. The ordering machine takes only cash, I had to go and find an ATM.
Just stepped in to check whether the hype is real. Well they actually do serve good quality ramen with good customisability. There are much better ramen places in Japan, but what count is the experience. Even as an foreigner you won't find it hard to find the way around and the process from selecting the menu from wending machine, customizing the ramen according to your preference, seating in the cubicle, ramen being served, and finally enjoying alone at your own peace is one of an experience. Definitely worth the try if you are vising Japan. The staff is also very friendly and attentive.
