Just incredible. A huge, garlicky portion of pork and ramen that just hits the spot like nothing else. Stopped here after Kyoto Marathon and couldn’t have had a better post race meal! Friendly staff and old skool aesthetic make it a must if you’re in the area!

First of all, the staff's customer service is at a level that can be called divine. The owner is a woman, which is rare among Jiro shops, and when you enter, she explains the location of the ticket vending machine and the quantity. It seems that the two women who entered after me were Jiro-type for the first time, but they explained things very carefully. Also, the store is spacious and clean. Unlike the common Jiro style, the space behind the chair is quite large. The floor is also wood grain instead of concrete. Some of the items were new, but I was also impressed by how diligently the staff cleaned them. The most important thing is the taste. Pork is mainly lean, and is well-cooked to make it soft and easy to eat. The seasoning is strong and goes well with the noodles. The chili pepper topping also whets the appetite. The noodles and soup also have a consistent taste. Since it's a little far from the station, it's open even during lunchtime on weekdays, and there are a lot of students. Although I don't like the unique atmosphere of Jiro style, I like the taste of Jiro style, so this is a restaurant I would like to visit.

I got the pork W garlic aphids and the boiled egg topping. Noodles have a perfect texture. The boiled egg was also well seasoned and delicious. The pork is quite fatty, so I think it would be fine without oil. It was a little bland, so next time I would like to have it with caramel call.
