Hosokawa, a famous restaurant with no frills The parking lot is small and can accommodate 4 cars. There is a coin parking lot across the road, but it is not affiliated with the parking lot. Meal tickets and water must be purchased by yourself. Recommended for those who want to enjoy ramen. The menu includes ramen-sized, large, chashu noodles-sized, large, rice, and boiled eggs. There are no gyoza or fried rice. Compete with the taste of ramen! It has that kind of atmosphere, but it's also very popular. I ordered a large bowl of ramen. Maybe, definitely, chicken soup? Do you have a lot of back fat? The soup is rich and just the right amount of greasy and salty. Contains green onions, thinly sliced char siu, and Chinese bamboo. The noodles are straight. If you add ground chili pepper in the middle, the taste will change and it will be even more delicious. This is a very delicious ramen.
I went with my two children and my wife. I went after 12:00 on Saturday and there was a wait of 2 people. The inside of the store was relatively large and we were guided quickly. Ordered 3 ramen noodles and 1 chashu noodle. I was happy that they asked me if I wanted chili peppers for my child. My impressions are simply that the moment you put the soup in your mouth, it was delicious! ️ I thought. It had a good taste too. It's not a fancy flavor, it's traditional Kyoto ramen, but it's good! I thought. Both my wife and child were satisfied.
