Kyoto, Japan｜Menbaka Fire Ramen

Such an experience! I saw it online and went for the show, but surprisingly discovered that food is very tasty too! The stuff is nice and super goofy. The boss is one of the kind! Skilled chef, funny entertainer and good photographer! Clean your front camera in advance as they will help you too record your fire ramen experience.

Amazing experience. The ramen had an extra punch because of the fiery oil in it. The smokiness because of that is hard to forget. Do not forget to order the karage there as it is more spicy and flavorful. We came early and had to wait around 45 mins to get our seat. The restaurant has 20 seats and they seat guests in 2 batches of 10. Each batch takes about 45-60 mins to finish their food . You can now do the math to see how long to wait in the queue by counting the number of people in front of you :)

we were waiting around 1 hour but its worthed! the staff really nice and friendly... they also gave us the book guide about the tourism place in kyoto, I think they made it for us!!.. overall i'm really happy and very satisfied here.. the price is a bit expensive compared to common ramen. but i really recommend this restaurant. they also support vegetarian. we are from Indonesia, they also have instruction in indonesian language when they will perform the flame ramen.
