Best Shio Ramen ever! Very tasty broth, nice noodles. I can defenitly recomment it. Symathic chef - perfect taste.

I was invited for lunch and visited for the first time. I was excited by the rare feeling that it was only open for 2 hours (lol) This is a counter only restaurant that can accommodate about 10 people. It's very beautiful and feels clean. I received the special ramen 🍜. This is Kyoto ramen 🍜 with backfat Chacha style❗ This is a shop I would like to visit again 😁

First of all, there is nothing around the store and the aisles are narrow, so there is no place to park your bicycle, so leave it somewhere far away and walk. On this day, another ramen shop I was looking for was temporarily closed, so I searched for nearby ramen shops and found one. It looks worn out, so is it okay? My first impression was that my expectations were quite low. When you walk in, you'll find a refreshing interior and only ramen on the menu. I received a special ramen for 1,000 yen. Please note that you can use PayPay. Kyoto's back fat soy sauce ramen also includes heavily seasoned pork bone soy sauce ramen, but Kochiha's ramen is quite simple and has a refreshing taste. Because it's so simple, it's easy to get tired of it, but the slight spiciness of the chili pepper and the indescribable flavor, or rather smell, were hidden, so I never got tired of it. I was able to finish the soup, which is rare. In addition, the hardness of the noodles is quite hard by default. Since the noodles are thin, they tend to spread easily, but if you boil them this hard, you can enjoy them without them spreading. Overall it was delicious. I looked it up while eating and found out that it was a famous restaurant. I'll come back later.
