The most delicious Ramen that I have ever had in Kyoto. I ordered “Iekei Ramen” that so high concentrated soup with so special backfat. Must try!

1250 points of special back fat soy sauce noodles, hot tang head, and meat sauce. Recommended by the store, seaweed-soaked bubble water soup, true taste of seaweed. Big recommendation. It was really delicious. However, the fried chicken batter was too thick and had a lot of oil on it.

Salt ramen with plenty of ginger is my favorite😋 For me, who likes light food, the soy sauce ramen was a little salty, so the refreshing salt and backfat were just right. The crunchy onions 🧅 and the pale pink soft char siu are also delicious! 😆🥩 The image is soy sauce ramen.
