First visit. I arrived a little late, about 5 minutes before opening, but there was already a long line. It was full with customers about 5 groups ahead of me, but the turnover was fast and I was able to enter the store in less than 25 minutes. The order is cold noodles (with grilled pork) dumplings for one person, and almond tofu for dessert. Cold noodles are delicious as rumored. Slippery and fits in the stomach. I agree with the speed of rotation. Gyoza is served after a long time after the cold noodles are finished, probably because it takes time to bake. The almond tofu at the end was a bit of a disappointment as it was clearly a commercial canned product.

First visit. I had grilled pork cold noodles and gyoza. Cold noodles are the best! I arrived just after 11am, but the place was already full and there was a waiting list. However, I was able to get in in about 30 minutes, so the wait might not be long. But it's worth lining up!
