Delicious
Eat small ramen (900 yen). I made a triumphant return to Kyoto to eat Ikedaya's ramen. After getting confused before, I went to the nearby Ramen Jiro Kyoto store. I came here because of the reviews that the Jiro-style ramen was delicious. When we arrived after 8pm on a weekday, there were 5 people waiting outside. First of all, we buy food tickets in advance, so we buy them from the ticket vending machine on the right when we enter. Even after waiting outside, I was able to arrive at the store in about 10 minutes. When you are called into the store, go in, grab a wet towel on your right, a cup, disposable chopsticks, and a spoon and go to your seat. I put my ticket on the counter and waited for a while, and when I was asked if I wanted to add garlic, I called. The amount of vegetables is modest, but the amount of pork is amazing! More than 90% of the vegetables are bean sprouts, and 2 or 3 pieces of cabbage. The pork is soft and has tendons and fat, and although it's not a big chunk, it's a very satisfying divine pork. It would be great if there were more...I regret it. The noodles are flat and slightly soft. The soup is emulsified and has a strong pork flavor. However, the rich pork bone soup is not as salty as Jiro's and is drinkable. This emulsified soup goes well with flat noodles! What's more, the soup and noodles were extremely hot (I'm praising them). It's hot in the store and the water is lukewarm. However, I was able to find the best ramen out of all the Jiro-inspired ramen I've eaten so far. postscript I came back to try the soupless version. R4.9 It's also delicious without soup! The only options are the presence or absence of garlic and the presence or absence of egg yolk. ``Less garlic, with eggs''!
