I'm really happy to have Ippudo nearby. This is a mobile ordering system where you order by scanning a QR code with your smartphone. Pay at the cashier with the slip in hand. I ate the soy sauce pork bone, which is only available at the Sakai Inter branch, and it was quite delicious. The soup has a strong soy sauce flavor and is rich in back fat. The texture of bean sprouts and chopped raw onions is an accent. The fried garlic and coarsely ground chili pepper are fragrant. The noodles are medium-thick and straight, unlike the original and new flavors. You cannot choose the hardness of the noodles.

I stopped by for lunch. At first, I was going to order the orthodox Shiromaru Motoaji, but I ended up ordering the pork bone soy sauce half-chan set because of the limited characters. (lol) This shop is a mobile order and you order with a smartphone. Even if you don't have it, you can ask the store clerk to do it for you. ☺While I was waiting, I went to pick up my own spicy bean sprouts, mustard greens, and garlic. First of all, a half-chan came out, so I took a bite. oh! What a gentle taste! 😆 It's pretty high quality! Next came the ramen. First, take a sip of the soup. Yes, pork bone soy sauce. (Laughs) It looks like it has a lot of oil, but isn't it too heavy? I think it depends on the person. 😅 Garlic is also in it, so there is a punch, but I added more garlic. (laughs) Whoa! It hit a good punch. But it tasted even better! As I ate noodles, soup, and fried rice, I began to feel that the taste of fried rice, which I felt was gentle at first, was weak. 🤣 But this is a junk feeling in the soup, so it can't be helped. ☺ Next time I would like to go with Shiromaru Motoaji! We revisited! ☺ This time I entered the store at the same time as the opening! (lol) As previously announced, we had the Shiromaru Motoaji and half-fried rice set, the coupon topped with a flavored egg, and the coupon gyoza dumplings! 😋 I prepared my own spicy bean sprouts, mustard mustard greens, and garlic, and while I was waiting excitedly, the ramen arrived!
