Ramen Makotoya is located along Route 310 in Naka Ward, Sakai City. Free parking available. I visited for the first time during the vacant time of New Year. There are three types of ramen: beef, chicken, and aged backfat soy sauce, and you can choose from four types of noodle hardness: barikata, kata, normal, and soft. This time I ordered a large serving of chicken ramen + golden fried rice. Chicken jan ramen is a chicken soy sauce soup with plenty of minced chicken and Chinese cabbage, and it was delicious with a light taste. The Chinese cabbage was also fresh and crispy, and it was the best for me who likes vegetables. Takana, red pickled ginger, and rakkyo are placed on each table, and the service is free. And the recommended golden fried rice that you definitely want to eat. It's pretty delicious with hot golden parapara fried rice! Also, it was good that the store clerk was friendly. One disappointment is that you can only use cash, and I would like you to be able to use PayPay alone. . I think it's selfish, but the soup here is creamy, sweet and rich. Depending on the maker and the store, it may be a little salty sometimes, but it's a store I like, so it's totally fine.
