A lively shop. If you go on a weekday night, there will be a lot of college students, so it might be a bit crowded. That's what I thought, but they just eat ramen, and there are quite a lot of working people here. At first, I thought, ``Hmm, it's delicious, right?'' I thought so, but gradually I couldn't stop, and now I have to go to the clinic at least once a month. Compared to other affiliated restaurants, the ramen here is simply delicious. It may look strange, but each piece is carefully made and doesn't have an aggressive taste. The noodles and bean sprouts were cooked just right, and the soup and oil were delicious. Even though the pork fell apart softly, it was not dry. I get the impression that each component is achieving the highest score. On weekdays, it starts to get crowded around 7pm. If you arrive early, the wait won't be that long. P.S. We recommend using less garlic, vegetable oil, and oilseed.

●The disposable chopsticks you are using are too fragile. My communication skills were too poor, so I wrote word of mouth. Cold drinks, wet towels, and disposable chopsticks are provided by yourself. The disposable chopsticks I use are probably too cheap, but they are very fragile. I had a bad feeling about the appearance. I chose chopsticks that looked as durable as possible. Then, when I was halfway through eating it, it suddenly broke at the border between the holding portion and the use portion, around my thumb. (After all...) I thought as I grabbed a new pair of chopsticks from the shelf and continued eating. Then, this time, I bit into something hard and I don't know what it was. I thought I was missing a front tooth. When I gingerly pulled out the foreign object in my mouth with my fingers, it turned out to be part of a broken pair of chopsticks. (Huh!? The chopsticks I'm using now are supposed to be a new pair... Where on earth did this piece come from...!? Did it get mixed in while cooking?) I suspected the kitchen for a moment, but when I looked closer, I saw that the tips of the broken chopsticks were also missing. So it was broken in three. Maybe I was too tired, but I didn't realize... Since it was my own carelessness, I thought I would just tell the store staff that disposable chopsticks are fragile and dangerous. "Excuse me…" It seems that my voice didn't reach the clerk who seemed to be stern and strict, so I finally met his eyes on the third "I'm sorry...". "Umm... my chopsticks... broke..." Then the clerk "……."(so what?) I was speechless. And when I showed him the broken chopsticks, “Get a new one, please,” the clerk said, pointing to the shelf. I finished eating Mashimashi, depressed by my lack of communication skills. I love the taste and will go back. Thank you for the meal.

Ramen 200g Hujon Nakamozu is a place where you can carve history, something you couldn't go to because it was far from your home. I went there to stretch my legs on my day off! When I drove by the store around 10:40, there was already a line of about 10 people. When I quickly parked my car at the coin parking lot and headed there, the line was even bigger! However, I managed to slip into the third lot. This restaurant has great operations and has a live feel similar to Marugame Seimen, so you can watch the kitchen all the time. The taste is great! The crunchy, caramelized non-emulsified soup and Hyujyon (mapo tofu) transform it into the best soup. It was delicious.
