Sakai, Osaka, Japan｜Tori no Keiji

A group of young dedicated fellows own and operate this neat Japanese noodles restaurant! The broth was made by boiling the chicken for 10+ hours and yet the broth was not overly rich and filling! Instead, the soup had a luscious texture and alluring Japanese umami taste! The noodles themselves were so perfectly cooked! Although there were not too many selections on the menu, those several signature noodles choices and attractive prices were sufficiently worth of repeated visits! A word of reminder: the restaurant was relatively tiny and can easily get jam-packed!

Ramen is huge and delicious!! Also the fried chicken!

small shop, but they get you in as fast as possible, probably because the food is quick - great bowl of chicken soup and the noodles are cooked to perfection - the rare smoked pork was amazing, I've never had anything like it before and I want to go back and eat it again
