It was a store with quite a lot of surprises. I think the unusually high number of reviews and extremely high ratings is due to the free toppings, so honestly I think the stars are much higher than the actual rating, so I wonder if that's the case, but personally The taste was quite satisfying, so I don't think it's a problem (lol) Another disappointing thing was the pig. It looked more like a regular ramen shop's char siu than a Jiro-style pork. If you look closely, it looks like it's connected inside with Shiojin next door, so maybe they share ingredients? Maybe it just happened to be the pig that day? In any case, the taste of the pork was delicious, but the volume was disappointing. However, personally, if I wanted to eat Jiro-style food, I would have to go to ○shi, but this is slightly closer and more convenient for me, so I think I'll come here more often (lol) ) Since it was my first time, I chose ramen, but since I usually only order it without soup, I would like to try it without soup next time.
