I stopped by Ramen Fortress, an in-station store near the transfer exit of Mikunigaoka Station on the JR and Nankai Koya lines. I ate the signature menu here, ``Ganso Kaibaito Ramen'' + ``Dunk Rice.'' When I heard that it was shellfish hot water, I imagined it to be like clam chowder, but the taste was somewhat similar. However, it was still delicious and unique, and I finally encountered some delicious ramen at a station store for the first time in a while. The dunk rice was well-cooked and blended smoothly with the rest of the soup. Next time, I'll try eating shrimp.
