I got a set of soy sauce ramen with boiled egg and half-baked rice. Seafood soup and boiled egg were delicious. Fried rice is a surprise!! ️ taste 😋 I want to eat again 😃

I ordered salt ramen. It was a delicious ramen with a pleasant sourness and a seafood soup stock. It seems like they use quite a lot of yuzu. The menu mentioned the appeal of the soup stock, but there was no mention of yuzu anywhere. I think it would have been better to name it Yuzu Salt Ramen. Apparently they purchase Yunosu from Kochi. Yunosu is yuzu juice. The only thing I wish was the char siu was more delicious. The soup is perfect.
