Get off at Higashi Tengachaya on the Chin Chin Train (Hankai Line) and walk for about 3 minutes to Gogenya. Apparently on busy days, they sell out in the evening, so I was relieved to see the lights on. It's a cafe-like shop with an atmosphere that is easy for families and women to enter, and in fact, more than half of the customers were women and parents with their children! I heard that the limited edition tsukemen was still available, so I ordered tsukemen, and my friend ordered Gogenya Tonkotsu, which is the default menu. Special noodles made in the morning using 3 types of wheat are glossy and sticky! It's so delicious with the creamy tonkotsu soup. Not only the pork topping, but also the dipping sauce had chunks of meat in it, making it very filling. My friend also gave me some tonkotsu soup, and it was completely different from the tonkotsu soup with tsukemen, and it was delicious too! I think I'll be confused about this next time I come. I'm secretly happy that every ramen comes with a half-flavored egg by default. When I asked the kind staff for recommendations, I was surprised to find out that the owner was a big name! It seems that Gogenya and Tamade's shop are different. While I was eating, the restaurant ran out of soup and closed, so I think it would be better to check the restaurant's SNS if you go at night.
