Osaka, Japan｜Muteppou Ramen

For those who enjoy thick broth this is really worth trying. The soup base is not boiled by pressure cooker but the bones are boiled using regular fire . The thick base has to be stirred by hand constantly by hand and one can taste the bone residue . Amazing broth, which is not salty! Would certainly be my must visit ramen shop in Osaka.

We had the Tonkotsu ramen broth and it was absolutely amazing. The chef recommand the thick broth and "hard" noodle. The broth was savory and tasted like heaven (but very fatty so you get full pretty fast). The egg and meat was top notch. Among my top 5 ramen ever !!! Good price too for the gigantic portion (1300y). Update (09/09/2023) : After trying about 20+ ramen, I confim that this is the beat I've had in all Japan. I would rate a solid 10/10.

Came here from Shin-Osaka for ramen🍜 Get off at Daikokucho on the Shin-Osakaza Subway, and walk for 5 minutes from the station. Arrived at 11:30, there are already 20 people in line in front! Fortunately, I queued outside for about 30 minutes, and then entered the store to continue waiting in line⌛️. We arrived about 10 minutes after ordering at the buffet. After waiting for a seat for about 5 minutes, the ramen 🍜 came up. Because the surface is covered with a layer of oil, the surface is not very good, but it tastes very good in the mouth👍 The price of noodles is 1,300 yen, which feels a bit expensive. The char siu pork tastes a bit greasy, but it is perfect with a little ginger or high vegetables. The soup has a strong taste! 40 minutes in line, 10 minutes for noodles!
