Recommended for those with a strong taste, the ramen soup base is rich, and you want black ramen. The noodles are a bit firm, which is my preferred texture. For fat-backed tonkotsu ramen, don’t add any extra seasonings. I think it will affect the original taste of the soup base. You can choose less fat. The omelette rice is surprisingly delicious. There is in fried rice Lots of meat too!

The adorable young man who served us went above and beyond to help us out, figuring out our order in English and Chinese and helping us work the token machine. The menu would benefit from just one vegetarian option - a simple soy sauce ramen or vegetarian fried rice - though they were very accommodating with our requests. They offered free water and ice with a number of interesting toppings and sauces on the table. Gyoza was delicious and felt very thoughtful. The fried rice was incredible, one of the best I've ever had (I've had a lot) and the Rosette/Tornado omelette on top was very special. The ramen was rich and delicious. While I usually prefer thicker noodles, I think the thin ones suit these broths better. My one qualm is the meat was quite dry and didn't have the melt-in-my-mouth quality I was after. Overall, it was well worth the walk in the scorching afternoon sun.

The ramen provides four soup bases to choose from, and you can choose the amount of fat, thin noodles or too thin noodles. There is also a set meal with egg roll fried rice. Both ramen and fried rice are delicious! It is not recommended to add additional seasonings, the original flavor is the best!
