More Comments at Google MapI chose mild while my partner chose spicy miso. Both of us added the roasted garlic. It adds depth to the soup. The noodles were springy and not too hard. Soup was refreshing and super oomph with the roasted garlic boost. The egg was well seasoned and soft on the inside absolutely delicious! And the char Shu is THICCC! I’ve never eaten raven with such thick Cha Shu before and its super flavourful and tender! It’s kinda salty so you can buy rice to pair with it. The spicy miso was spicy enough and soup was super flavourful. With the roasted garlic, it was a little salty but still tasted awesome!
We stumbled on this ramen shop unexpectedly but found a gem. After a short wait (as it was late lunch hour), we ordered spicy ramen for my wife, regular soy sauce ramen and small cha-syu pork on rice for me, and mild soup ramen for our kids. We ended up order another cha-syu side dish as it was stolen from my bowls 😄. In all, we are happy with the taste of the soup, the level of cooked for the ramen noodle, and the less-fat, but very soft cha-syu. Would return again for their chance to defend the champion belt.
Right by the main road is a small soy specialty ramen shop. There's an English menu but all I saw was local. The spicy ramen was on the saltier side which was expected and was rather additive. Love the mild minced raw garlic in the soup. The noodles were cooked perfectly and the pork slice was soft. Everything came together well and the portion was just nice. Do add on rice and use the soup as a sauce if you are a big eater. The price was reasonable and I recommend it!
