Now, Menya Wasshoi's Men's Mazemen is described on the menu as ``addictive abura soba with a special sauce of soy sauce and garlic mixed with backfat.'' The noodles are very thick and chewy. The noodles were topped with stir-fried vegetables, slices of pork belly seasoned with soy sauce, seasoned eggs, menma, and a green perilla leaf in the middle. I mixed it well before serving. The special sauce made from Tottori-produced tamari soy sauce, back fat, flavored oil, and garlic mixed well with the chewy, thick noodles, making it extremely delicious on this day as well.
