Osaka, Japan｜Ichiran Abeno

I haven't even been in Japan for 24 hours but I've already had the best ramen of my life. The broth was extra rich and delicious. Optional chilli sauce to make it give an extra kick. Lots of toppings to chose from, I got eggs and extra meat. If you are still hungry, you have the option of adding another full of half servings of noodles. Ordering might seem daunting, but it is very simple. Load money onto the machine, select your dishes, sides/beverages and you get your change after your done selecting. After that, staff will hand you a form for you to customize how rich/spicy you want the broth and how firm you want the noodles, as well as other things. I will be back for sure!!

the food is good but there is a blind separate you and the waiters which is a bit ridiculous. you can't even see the waiters face. good thing is that you don't need to speak to order.

Lost count of how many Ichiran I visited during my trip to Japan. This one was still the same like the other that I visited. The tonkatsu soup is one of the best in Japan (I personally prefer the extra rich and more seasoning on the soup). The place is kinda tricky to find when using Google Maps since it’s in a narrow street. Really recommended when you want to get Ichiran in Osaka since it’s not that crowded!
