Chicken hot water salt soba was super delicious! It was the first time I ate ramen with raw vegetables, but it was pretty good. The tantan noodles have a slightly sour taste, and the miso has a slight peculiarity, so there may be people who don't like it (my wife didn't like it). You can also choose half noodles, so I think it's easy for women to enter.
