More Comments at Google MapA ramen shop located between Osaka Metro Bunnosato Station and JR Bishoen Station. The surrounding area is a residential area, and there are no other restaurants or other establishments, so it's the kind of place where I often find myself doing things like this. I stopped by on a weekday afternoon and ordered the famous soy sauce ramen for 850 yen and grilled pork mixed rice bowl for 350 yen. I heard that the staff is a Japanese chef, so the soup is rich and delicious without being overly soy saucey. I haven't tried it yet, but I think there's also a white rice dive to finish it off. The noodles and char siu are quite good. The grilled pork mixed rice bowl with yolk is also quite delicious. Although the location is bad, it is understandable that there are many customers
Rumored soy sauce ramen¥850 I ordered Mazedon ¥300! The noodles were moist and firm, and the soup was light and easy to eat! The char siu had a lot of fat and the meat was a little hard. The char siu in Mazedon had sauce and egg yolk on top, and it was delicious when mixed and eaten! It seems that you can also topping with yuzu peel for free, so I would like to try that next time I go❗️
It's really delicious. It's soy sauce-based ramen, but it's really full of umami. Among the shoyu or shio ramen I've eaten while living in Japan for several years, I want to give it first place. A lot of the women around us come to pack or eat with their children. (housewife certified shop)
