Osaka, Japan｜Niboshi-Ramen Tamagoro Kuromon

Located inside Kurumon Market, this is probably the best ramen I've had in Osaka. It's interesting because I've never tried ramen with fish broth and I was intimidated to give it a shot at first. But the menu was very appetizing and the chef really welcoming so I gave it a shot. You order using the vending machine and give your slip to the chef. He then prepares it and gives it to you at the counter once it's done. It was very delicious. The noodles were perfectly cooked to my liking and I slurped my way into a full and satisfied stomach.

1st time tried “Sardines” booth reman, at first, I was worried about too fishy. But it came up so fresh. Very yummy 🤤

One of the best ramen I have tried in Japan, good balanced with flavours and amount of noodles. Fish leading taste, mid plus richness (but I like more rich broth), chashu is great, tender and more oven bake taste, thik wavy noodles is perfect choice, good amount of toppings with perfect egg.
