More Comments at Google MapTried the dry noodles after seeing locals dipping Noodles into the soup before slurping them down. Thick Noodles were chewy on the outside, al-dente on the inside, coating with the soup, tasted fabulous. Braised Charsiew fat had melt in the mouth texture. Highly recommended.
The ramen was good, but the star is the butadon. Had the ramen and butadon set the first time I visited, but since then, I just order the large butadon hehe. It tastes similar to Filipino bbq because it's sweet. Better try it at least once! You order via a vending machine which has pictures and English translation on the buttons. The owner upholds his shop rules even if that means losing potential customers. I heard him ask incoming customers to wear their masks upon entering the shop.
Do try out the No. 2 set - the original ramen with a roast pork rice bowl. The pork has been charcoal roasted, perfectly flavoured with soy sauce and so tender! The ramen is very rich and tasty as well!
