I got the Tonkatsu based Ramen here along with Gyozas. One has to order through a machine that accepts cash only. Once you get the ticket one has to check on a piece of paper how they want the ramen to be made- broth richness, noodle hardness, amount of green onion, garlic, spicy ness etc. I really enjoyed both the Ramen and the Gyozas.

This is a lovely bowl of tonkotsu ramen, got to choose strength levels on garlic, spice, oil and spring onion and noodle hardness, which made it more personalised. A very tasty broth that’s wasn’t too thick making it a really good bowl, definitely recommend !

One of the best ramens in namba. You have a several choices. Gyoza are really nice. What’s cool from this place you have Sever an choices to pick like how hard you want you noodles been cook. Or how many spring Onia you like or if you wanted more ore less fatty you ramen. As a additional choice you can add “Ato meshi” Which is a additional hot plate with rice and egg where you can pour the left soup which ends up been delicious. I’m
