Osaka, Japan｜Kappa Ramen Hompo

I'm telling you guys that this place is super underrated. You can choose your broth and type of noodle that you want. The pork broth was yummy, i would say it is tastier than ichiran. And there's no queue at all when i went there.

Kappa Ramen Honpo Sennichimae is located between Namba Station and Nihombashi Station. If you walk through the Namba Underground Shopping Mall, it is closest to Exit B22. The main specialty of Kappa Ramen is of course Kappa Ramen, and Kappa Ramen is also divided into original, black Kappa (garlic), red Kappa (spicy), and red Kappa (spicy) ramen. The first time I went to the store, I chose the original flavor to try. The store’s free kimchi tastes very close to what you get in Korea, so you can eat it to your heart’s content. The rich pork bone soup is flavored with soy sauce and fish meat, and is less salty than expected. There's a lot of back fat floating on it, but it's not as sticky as Kyushu pork bone soup. The noodles are homemade thin noodles. I chose normal hardness and ordered batter. I will try hard noodles next time.

A delicious ramen shop, the number of seats can accommodate about 20-30 people, and there is no need to wait too long for a seat. The kimchi that comes with the table is very delicious, with just the right amount of saltiness, acidity, and not too spicy. Each head can add 4 pieces of fried garlic, without ingredients, and eat with ramen, with different flavors. You can choose from rich or light soup, and you can choose from 1-7 points from soft to hard noodles. For Taiwanese taste, the light soup is great! You can drink the whole bowl of soup.
