A ramen shop located about a 2-3 minute walk south from Exit 5 of Nihonbashi Station, which opened two years ago. The eating log has already exceeded 3.6, and it is a restaurant that sells Italian and ramen. The inside of the store has 6 counter seats and 1 table seat for 4 people in the back, and the interior is beautiful like a cafe. It was around noon on a weekday, and there were two groups of customers. At the ticket machine at the entrance, buy the most popular Tokucho ramen and sandwich for 1350 yen. Large portions are not allowed. Shortly after, three types of rare ham, Genovese and dried tomato mousse were served first, French bread sandwiches arrived, and the main ramen bowl arrived. The soup is salt-based and has a deep flavor that harmonizes seafood and various flavors, and the noodles are thin straight noodles. Ingredients include chopped purple onions and green onions. If you add Genovese or tomato mousse to the soup halfway through, it will instantly give it an Italian flavor, and it goes great with salt ramen. The French bread sandwich is dipped in the soup for an even more Italian flavor and a delicious finish. I would like to try another popular menu, kombu water tsukemen.
The meeting was at 19:30, just in time for closing. ~Rosanjin Tsukemen and Abo Kakiage Donburi~ Dip the noodles in plenty of kombu water to give it a umami flavor. I thought it would be nice to be able to pick up only a small amount of noodles with chopsticks. The cold and delicious noodles, the flavor of the kombu water and dashi stock. It's so delicious that you'll eat it in no time at other restaurants, but Dashika won't let you do that. Instead, you can take your time and savor the carefully prepared delicious food. Ramen is very luxurious because you can eat delicious food for a long time. This doesn't need a big serving. Not too extravagant. This makes me want to eat other ramen Confirmed to visit again!
