While I was traveling, I visited "Menya Yamazumi" for the first time, which opened in March last year in the shopping district in front of Kitatanabe Station ♫ As a soy sauce lover, I was looking forward to getting the Takaida type, but I was surprised at the reasonable price (о´∀`о) When that happened, I got carried away and wanted to attack with toppings, so I clicked the "Changing Chinese noodles + meat platter + pork belly" button on the ticket vending machine ♡ The shopping street also has a nice atmosphere, and after enjoying the feeling of time slipping inside the store, it took about 10 minutes for the rice bowl to arrive (*´ω｀*) The default is chicken, but when I ask for ``change and add pork belly'' and add spicy green onions to the meat, I love the way I go ``Off♡'' (lol) The thick straight round noodles with a chewy texture are Takaida-style noodles, and they are quite the type for a noodle fat person (*´ω｀*) You can enjoy the Takaida-style chicken that comes out fluffy with the sharp soy sauce, and the salted plum that doesn't seem to have any problem even if you use all the juice. ｀) If it's normal, it's just one coin! ! You are a blessing in this day and age♡

It claims to be Takaida ramen, but it's not the same thing. The soup, which seems to have been brought to Takaida, has no depth, and I would describe it as just sour salt water. I thought that if things kept going like this, the end wouldn't be far away, but improvements have been made and the taste has become wonderful. I want it to continue for a long time.

I got 600 yen for Chinese soba. Cheap, isn't it? The soup is rather light in color. The light soy sauce has a sour taste, and it feels like vinegar is added to the soy sauce ramen, which is perfect for my taste. It's super delicious ❗️ the noodles are thick and dusty. It has chicken instead of char siu. It's hard to find because it's in the shopping district, but please come by. I revisited. Changed to pork belly and changed to a thicker soup. I wonder if it doesn't change much? The pork belly was also normal. Default is the best.
