My first Jiro-style ramen. It's a common size for mini ramen. No garlic, normal vegetables, less backfat. was delicious~! ! A thick soup with an indescribable thick flavor. But it's not boring. The noodles are thick enough to fill you up. The soup is not hot, but I personally felt that it was just the right amount of seasoning considering the overall balance.
