This cash only ramen shop combines counter seating with a quite a few tables in the back. It might seem small from the outside but I think it’ll seat well over 20 people. They specialize in a creamy chicken broth which is absolutely fantastic - the best chicken-based soup I’ve had in all of Japan. There are two types of chicken that it goes with - one that has the texture of smoked breast, and the other a ‘burned’ charred cut with the skin. They’re both delicious. I recommend the spicy variant but my wife had the original and it was a real tribute to the flavour of chicken. You order via the vending machine. There are no pictures or English, so it’s bit tough and you’ll need to be ready with your translation app. I think they have an English menu but you’ll have to ask someone behind the counter for it, because they have no dedicated waitstaff. Came here on a weekday afternoon. It’s about five minutes from Dotonburi but in the ‘wrong’ direction, so there’s less crowds and less lines. Definitely a plus in my book!

It is one of the most unique ramen experiences in my life. Not only was the atmosphere amazing, but it felt like sitting in a good and established local ramen. Menu (ticket machine) was only in Japanese, but you can easily translate via lens or Google translate. Ramen itself was the most surprising and unique flavour I tasted in any ramen so far The broth was rich and creamy, and it tastes hard to describe. The most comparable food was carbonara, but better! I highly recommend this ramen to anyone who wants to find out how diverse a ramen can be and is curious about different flavours Japan can offer!

it's a very small noodles bar located at the corner of a commercial building. very low profile but the food was great. it's a chicken noodle soup specialist. the most signature chicken white booth was always mentioned on the social media but i picked the one in its 2nd place - the brunt (dark soup) one. it's mentioned as a little burnt which gave a stronger flavour and little bitterness. the bitterness was really light and it gave a fuller body with the soup without having it tasted difficult. the chicken slices were so tender. overall it's a surprise with a weird appearance but rich smooth palate.
