Osaka, Japan｜Ichiran Umeda

I ate two meals of Ichiran Ramen in the two days I came to Osaka! I order it 10 times spicy every time. For Chinese people, it cannot be called spicy at all hahaha. When I went there for the first time, I was given an egg🥚, and the waitress enthusiastically gave us a refund. There was a queue for both meals, and it was difficult to walk in directly for lunch.

If you plan to go to a ramen place this one should be a must on your visit. There is a always a queue of locals which usually means it's a good place. Be prepared to wait but the payoff makes it worth it. The service is interesting and fast. The food is awesome. Well worth visiting.

Love the concept of eating ramen here. Perfect for introverts that do not like human interaction 🤣🤣. The cubicles were cute and they offer these little signs to pass to waitress on what you needed. We tried the 1st set (with ramen refill) Broth was very thick and flavorful. If you can tolerate heat, get 5x heat. We did 2x but was not spicy at all....
