YOOOOOOO shrimp tsukemen?? Sign me TF up for this culinary innovation pls. The dipping broth is like the best lobster bisque, except it's better because it's made with shrimp shells = maximum umami and flavor. The noodles are also perfect. I would eat this every day

Amazing place to eat at! Superb food, English menu and instructions how to eat it properly and a ticket machine, so you don't have to even speak with staff to order something. Just be careful when going to toilet as the ceiling is quite low xD めっちゃ美味しいです😁
