Osaka, Japan｜Niboshi-Ramen Tamagoro Hommachi

Ok, this is one of those places that may look a bit average at first (especially after seeing the Google rating) but that turns out to be an absolute gem. The place is amazing; the smokey flavor is surprising and to die for. One of the best ramen we ever had. Ordering is a bit complicated as the ticket machine doesn’t have an English option…but it is pretty straight forward. If uncertain, simply ask and the staff comes outside and explains the basics. Super easy. As for payment option, the machine doesn’t take the typical main tier credit cards such as Amex but debit cards (even US based) work fine. Really, give it a try, I am sure you will enjoy it too..

Affordable and value for money!! USD10-ish for 3 thick slices of pork and an egg! Tastes really good!

We ate there 3 times in 5 days! Dipping Ramen is the way to go. Prices are very fair. We walked the entire strip down to the river and haven’t found a better place. You can always add extra noodles. Best place we found around the area. Gotta try it!
