I went for lunch and had the seafood and soy sauce ramen with 1.25 medium noodles (free garlic topping) and pork miso rice (250 yen). The soup is mainly pork bones, mixed with seafood and a soy sauce sauce, the noodles are curly, square noodles, and the ingredients are rare roast pork, bamboo shoots simmered in vinegar instead of menma, oyster mushrooms, white-haired green onions, and bonito flakes. It is scattered. The soup stock and sashimi go well together, with a light but rich flavor, and the salty and oily flavors are gentle, with a strong aroma and seafood flavor. Although the noodles are a little cheap, they go well together, and the ingredients are perfect, especially the bamboo shoots, which serve as a resting point for your chopsticks.
