The standard mackerel soy sauce soba costs 830 yen, and a medium bottle of beer costs 300 yen until 8:00 p.m. The soup is mainly made with seafood such as mackerel and has a soy sauce sauce, the noodles are almost straight flat noodles, and the ingredients are pork loin pork shoulder, menma, seaweed, chopped white green onions, and back fat. The soup is packed with the flavor of the mackerel, has a good saltiness and aroma, and is delicious with the back fat as a nice accent. The noodles and toppings were perfect, and there was no fishy smell typical of green fish, so I was very happy as I love mackerel. It's also nice that the beer is cheap. The fried garlic on the table is good, and the mackerel fish meal is fine and smooth, and no matter how much you add it, it doesn't feel gritty and has a great flavor! The hygiene inside the store is standard, the prices are reasonable and not expensive, and the staff are cheerful, friendly, and attentive. The total rating will be 5 stars.

Mackerel base ramen! I had soy sauce and tonkotsu. Easy! There were fried onions, minced garlic, and mackerel flour on the counter, so I threw them on. The amount is just right! I'm very satisfied with the amount of rice included in the set! There was lemon in the cold ♡
