Really liked their thick soup. Thin soup also tasted good.

The light white soy sauce ramen is delicious. Although it sounds simple, it is definitely a seafood-based soup. There are also 3 thick pieces of char siu, which is good. Before I knew it, I was making so much soup that I almost had leftover noodles. The inside of the store is small, but since I'm just eating ramen, it's not a problem at all.

I ordered "Negi Buta" (950 yen including tax) from "Kottari Chicken White Soup Ramen". At lunchtime, a large serving of noodles (1.5 or 2 times) is free. It is provided in about 5 minutes without the previous customer. Noodles are medium-thin noodles that are chewy. The soup is rich, but surprisingly smooth, and the chicken and seafood soup is just the right amount of flavor. The ramen was easy to eat and delicious. The "negi" of "negibuta" seems to be white onions and chopped pork with oyster sauce, but when you eat it with noodles, the taste doubles.
