Osaka, Japan｜Mugi to Tori

I swear coming to Japan, I need to be prepared for my sodium levels in my body to rise 😂 Mugi to Tori was recommended to me by the owners of Melt Chocolate and what an amazing recommendation it was! I’ve been used to having the pork broth that is usually in ramen. I had tsukemen this time around with their chicken broth and the taste was incredible!!! I 10000% recommend this to anyone coming to Osaka.

chicken ramen: broth was delightful, warm & comforting. uni tsukemen: loved the cold chicken slices that were cooked to perfection so that each bite almost tasted like sashimi! 🍜

The "special" was so good! Ground beef with rich flavor and plum. Add a side of karaage or crispy chicken skin, it's legit.
