It doesn't have an odor and has a moderate amount of fat, but it's also mellow, so it's not that thick (like a madman or the middle). It was as shocking as when I went to Gonta-san in Habikino, and it was delicious. I really liked it. The noodles are medium-thin noodles, and although you can't specify the hardness, they are slightly soft and boiled, giving them a chewy feel. It goes well with the soup, so I ate it smoothly and finished it in no time while eating white rice on the way. The soup was delicious, so I ate all the soup. To be honest, it was delicious, so I thought I wanted more noodles. Early June 2023. First time since the owner changed in the fall. The meeting on the day ended early and I arrived 10 minutes before opening and got pole. I ordered a rice set with a large serving of char siu noodles. The soup is authentic with a strong taste of pork bones, and Kaeshi is also delicious with seasoned plums. The medium-thin noodles have a chewy texture and go well with the soup. If you don't have a lot of rice, you can have another ball!! The reason why I chose char siu noodles this time is that I like it juicy and soft, so I want to eat a lot. This time, I was able to enjoy delicious char siu by putting it on rice and eating it like a bowl. I really want the owner to adopt the replacement ball system.
