More Comments at Google MapRevisit. Ordered super niboshi soba ¥ 850. The attraction here is dried sardines. There is also a fish thick tsukemen, although it is limited. The soup is light but has a strong dried sardine, so it will stick to those who like it. And the appeal of this light ramen is that it's perfect for drinking. It's been about ten years since I've known this restaurant, but it's still my favorite flavor. I want to visit again.
I decided to go to Osaka on a business trip and had lunch in an unfamiliar place. I wasn't sure whether to choose a famous curry restaurant in the same area, but I had been interested in this restaurant for a while. Apparently they are very famous for their super dried sardine soba, but I ordered the Japanese-style Chinese noodles. Although it was a regular menu, it was full of seafood flavor, plenty of various ingredients, and was very delicious with my favorite thin noodles. There are various types of egg rice (I ordered less rice) on the menu, and I ordered a simple egg-cooked rice, which was delicious.
It is on the south side for a while after entering Tenjinbashisuji Tengo Shopping Street Oideyasu Street from the east. A famous store that once served as a 7-Eleven cup noodle shop. It's delicious! Good dried sardines are effective. Curly noodles are just right. Even if you put pepper in it, it will be delicious again.
