More Comments at Google MapI had chicken paitan and grilled pork bowl. I went there around 2pm during Golden Week, and since it was past peak time, there were only two customers in the store, including me. Seating is only at the counter. When you enter the store, there is a ticket vending machine on your right, so after purchasing your meal ticket there, give it to the clerk at the counter. The towels are placed in a box next to the ticket vending machine. After waiting about 5 minutes, the ramen came out. I was surprised at first because the chicken paitan had a strong soy sauce taste and was different from the chicken paitan I had imagined, but in the end it was so delicious that I ended up drinking the entire soup. It may be best to understand it as chicken paitan style soy sauce ramen before eating it. The grilled pork bowl was also filling and delicious with plenty of grilled pork. There was a sign asking people to refrain from using smartphones and books, so it was a bit tense, but it seemed OK to take a few photos with a smartphone. I think I want to go again.
The Tenma area is a crowded area with many famous ramen shops, and there are too many big names, but there are many other good shops as well. I think Seseragi is a restaurant that deserves more recognition. Two types of thick char siu. Although it looks rich, the soup goes down smoothly. The back end is also good. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.
[Char siu rice bowl and chicken hot water] On the side menu, this is a char siu rice bowl that I've been wanting to try someday. Today, I had it as the main dish along with the standard white hot water ramen. As usual, the ramen is a marriage of delicious noodles and a punchy soup that is very good at taking soup stock and packed with richness and umami. It tastes like an iron plate to me. And today, I also ordered the char siu rice bowl that I had always given up on. Recently, I've gotten older, so when I add rice and other items to ramen, it's a lot of work to eat, so I couldn't afford to eat char siu rice bowl, but today I ordered it by saying that it seemed to be in good condition. As expected, this is also delicious. The amount of rice is roughly the same as rice, about a bowl of rice. I moved it before the rare char siu on top of the ramen got hot, and ate it when the ramen calmed down. It seems that there are times when there is no char siu rice bowl, but it is so delicious that you may want to have this as a main dish. I heard that if they have the ingredients, they are doing it as a takeout menu, so this looks good. I'd appreciate it if you could make me a bento when I'm not in the mood for ramen tonight. [Salt white soup ramen] I had the last bowl of Seseragi's 4 basic types of ramen, Shiopaitan Ramen. I have now completed all of them. When it comes to so-called salt ramen, there are many types of salt that make you eat with the taste of clear soup stock, but this was a setting that made you feel plenty of animal soup base. The salt here is relatively my favorite type for me who feels that it is too light and unsatisfactory. However, I felt that it would be nice if there was a way to change the taste when you get tired of eating it, like the ma oil in the basic white ramen. I often use yuzu peel for this type of topping, but I think it would be nice if there was some kind of strange item on the table. We also had takana rice this time. It seems that the large serving is free, but the rice is normal because there are a lot of noodles. And again, this time, I added char siu and made it to char siu takana rice. I am happy with delicious ramen as always. [White hot water dipping noodles] This time for the third time, I got tsukemen. It is said that it is difficult to provide anything if there are too many orders, so I do not recommend it very much, but I dared to order this. The base of the soup is the same as the main plain hot water, so it is a rich type with a slightly thick texture. In winter, the noodles are served hot to avoid the soup from cooling down. It's delicious with the thick soup. However, I wonder if I wanted the black mer oil that was on the white ramen with tsukemen. That fragrant mar oil accent is a leap when you get used to rich tastes and start to get tired of eating. When I heard about the noodles, it seems that the noodles for tsukemen are different from others. Certainly it is fusuma or something is kneaded. This is also a chewy thick noodle that is satisfying to eat. In the case of tsukemen, you can enjoy the rare char siu that is placed on top of the noodles without being overcooked. There are a lot of hands (stomach) that do not turn around. However, the only menu left after this is salt ramen. I will go on tour again and aim for completion. 【Soy-sauce Ramen】 I got the soy sauce ramen. The white soup ramen seems to be the main menu, but I wanted to eat it lightly, so I went with soy sauce this time. This shop is very good at making soup stock, and I was impressed. The soy sauce this time is especially seafood-based, but you can enjoy various flavors as if there are layers in the soup. The noodles have a crisp texture, but there is no large serving and only replacement balls. Hakata ramen with thin noodles often has replacement balls, but this kind of ramen is rare, so I ordered it. Then, a similar type of noodles appeared. When I checked with the owner, he said that he used different noodles. Rather than measuring the noodles for a large serving, it seems that it is better to take out a whole ball. In other words, if you order a second serving of noodles here, you get 2 noodles. There are many places where a large serving is 1.5 balls, so it is very profitable. [white soup ramen] On my first visit, I had plain hot water ramen. This is hard. At first, the flavor of the seafood-based dashi soup is gradual, and after that, the animal-based umami slowly mixes on your tongue. this is delicious This neighborhood has become a battleground for ramen, but I don't think there are many shops with such high-quality soup and noodles as here. A top-class ramen shop in the Minamimorimachi neighborhood. I would like to try other menus as well.
