More Comments at Google MapFirst time here. I saw someone sharing this restaurant on Instagram and it looked to good. I went there with my wife and we ordered basically the same option (I just got an egg and extra meat). My favorite type of ramen is shoyu, which is an option here, but I wanted to try the toripaitan (chicken based broth) I saw on the post this time. I was surprised by the mild fish flavor. The broth is thick and the flavor is well balanced, not too overpowering. The charshu is good. They come in two varieties. The small thick cut one is amazing. I got extra of that thin sliced pink one, witch is good, but I’d be happier if I had got extra of the first one. I also got a duck rice bowl, and it was a nice complement. The place itself is really nice, the staff is great and polite, and it helps the whole experience to be even better. I’ll be going back there to try the shoyu ramen, as well as some of the other side dishes they offer.
Impeccably delicious 😋
[An irresistibly refreshing drink with the lingering umami of chilled sea bream] Tabelog 3.66 I've been wondering about this since it opened! I found an attractive menu while the hot days continued, so it's late, but it's a long-awaited assault. A 3-minute walk from JR Temma Station. The interior of the restaurant is based on black and white, with a modern Japanese atmosphere accented by the warmth of wood. It feels like there are table seats and parlors where you can relax. I had "Premium wheat and sea bream chilled soup with deep-fried tilefish (1,580 yen)" ♪ ('θ `) ノ 7 to 8 minutes after ordering. A beautiful amber colored soup and flat noodles made with premium T wheat from Kumamoto Prefecture are brought in, and it begins with the presentation of dashi ice *・゜゚・*:.。..。.:*・'( *゚▽゚*)'・*:.。. .。.:*・゚゚・* The sea bream soup, made with plenty of domestically produced sea bream and carefully prepared with dashi stock, is elegant and has a wonderful flavor! It has a really clear taste and goes well with the chewy noodles that go down your throat. Thanks to the dashi ice, it was cool until the end, and it was refreshing ☆*:.。.o(≧▽≦)o.。.:*☆ On the way, you will have a slice of deep-fried tilefish. The crispy scales and fluffy texture are a perfect match and delicious (((o(*゚▽゚*)o)))♡ After finishing the noodles, a special iriko miso-grilled rice ball was served on a separate plate. put into! Enjoy the special iriko miso-grilled rice balls with astragalus, with the accent of myoga, the double umami of the sea bream, and the flavor of the perilla. I was very satisfied until the end as if I was eating a culinary dish rather than a ramen shop. Self-evaluation ★★★★ 4 No. 1 among the cold ramen I've eaten so far If you haven't eaten yet in this heat wave, I highly recommend it. <Arbitrary Garçonne Evaluation Criteria> ★ 1... well, normal ★★2...This is delicious ★★★ 3...
