[DIP THOSE NOODS] Tsukamen, dry ramen noodles dipped into a broth, are a tasty alternative to your regular soup ramen. This shop specializes in this and serves a variety of broths from soy sauce, seafood and pork. Pork cuts were juicy and tender Broth was rich and thick. Pepper and red pepper on the table if you want to add some spice. Service was friendly and warm. Wish they would have some hot water/tea served as well (or perhaps I didn't notice it). I was lucky enough to be served the last bowl of noodles before their new year break!

Best ramen everrrr....... The broth is a bit salty for my liking, but it’s still really good. Personally, I recommend the tsukemen and the dry ramen.
